nerve glides/flossing are physical therapy exercises for various types of nerve issues. in my case, it’s tibial nerve compression / tarsal tunnel / neuropathy in my foot so i move my foot and toes around in different prescribed movements/positions to help.. which does seem to work for the rls too
look rls is simple to manage, i just gotta do 10 minutes of nerve flossing then take 600mg of gabapentin, 500mg of magnesium, a 30mg cbn gummy, two fat rips off an indica vape, toss and turn while i play footsie with myself for about 60 minutes, then i’m fast asleep. easy. as.
