The military strike in Caribbean is VERY worrisome. Drug smuggling is a crime, a felony punishable by up to life in prison. Not punishable by the death penalty. The heavily armed U.S. Coast Guard stops drug smuggling boats 24/7, 365. The military performed an extrajudicial execution without trial.
