My husband worked as a cinematographer on 3 Katrina docs â Katrina Babies, the Ryan Coogler series on Hulu, the Trymaine Lee doc on Peacock He lived through it as a teenager. He says it makes a huge difference when production prioritizes working w people who lived it, in as many roles as possible
