When the Cass Review came out last year, the NYT rushed to cover it complete with post notifications. After reviews in Germany and Utah came out supporting gender affirming care for trans youth, dead silence. You can be just as biased in what you don't cover as what you do.

I’m begging you to call your representative and urge them to vote against the reconciliation bill and its ban on HRT for adults (and minors) on Medicaid. The changes would also make it so insurance companies and marketplace plans can stop covering gender-affirming care.

Do you know how many mentally ill people are on Medicaid? Tons of us. A huge portion of us. It supports a lot of us in getting our services. Without it we’re not functioning & we’re homeless, which means institutionalized, that’s the plan for the homeless with the criminalization of homelessness.

NEWS: DOJ is now formally refusing to acknowledge the existence of transgender people in its filings — to the extent of misrepresenting other parties' filings. This goes further even than DOJ did last week in referring to people as "trans-identifying individuals" in a Supreme Court filing.
