Current situation with COVID19 vaccines at CVS. ACIP is meeting September 18-19 so it will likely become available at pharmacies w/o a prescription then, unless ACIP pulls the rug out. Prescription requirement related to state laws requiring ACIP approval for pharmacist administration.

My two outliers? A young guy who was deeply concerned about factory farming and wanted to know how to find out how candidates stood on that issue. And an upper middle class white man who said “I drive an EV, I have a good job, my house is paid for. What do I have to be worried about?”
Every single person (with 2 exceptions) was horrified to see what is happening to our country. Regardless of gender. Race. Faith. Income. Pittsburgh knows what’s up. People are horrified. Many of them are scared.
It’s worth noting in my work for For Our Future Pennsylvania I knocked on an average of 250 doors a day all over the East End of Pittsburgh. I talked to the richest of the rich, the middle class, the working poor about their biggest political concerns. Fascism. Autocracy. Authoritarianism.
