Do you understand what “changing genders” means? Because I don’t think you do in this context. The majority of these cases are young women who have been traditionally female their entire lives, but have an unknown genetic variation. This occurs naturally. Your daughters might have one, too.
There is no such thing as a level playing field. Some people are small. Some are tall. Some people are fast. Some are slow. They all get to compete. These 60 cases don’t even know their own genetic variation. Your daughters have less than a .002% chance of competing against one of them.
