I've seen it before. It's really good. I've been watching a different physical 4K movie from my collection every day until I've watched them all. I keep track in an app that makes a calendar view with a thumbnail of what I've watched in each day so I don't watch something I've already watched.
My top 10 favorite movies (excluding animated or franchises). I'm cheating a reposting my top 50 again. Sue me, lol.
Midsommar will be making an early appearance when I start my October movie watches. I have the watch schedule all filled in for October.
I feel old every time I'm on campus. The students are mostly 18-22, but look 12 to me, lol.

So good. Criterion did an amazing 4K release for this.
I was expecting Sinners or Nosferatu, lol.
I watched the extended cut. The writing is quite terrible. Kate McKinnon was pretty funny throughout and Chris Hemsworth had some funny moments, but that's about it. The amusing bits seem like they were improvised. I picked it up cheap to complete the Ghostbuster live action 4K set.
Everything in these pics are 4Ks. The Criterion & Kino Lorber shelves both have more behind. The Arrow shelf has another row behind of more Arrow 4Ks. The ones sitting horizontal on the 2nd shelf in the 2nd pic have more Arrows mixed in. Those are unsorted. I need to sort them. I've been lazy, lol.

I got the 4K that Arrow released for this. It will be watched in October.

I found one of them on Facebook. Their posts are public. Mostly recipes, videos of them singing in church, and occasionally an anti LGBTQ meme sprinkled in.
I've lost several friends over it. They either blocked or unfollowed me because I'd comment on their hateful anti LGBTQ posts to let them know that it's hateful and incorrect info they are posting. It was mostly like talking to a brick wall.
I moved away from my home town when I graduated in 2000 and never looked back. There are some great folks there, but there are also a lot of deeply conservative and intolerant folks as well. I see more and more of it on Facebook from people I knew growing up who still live there.
Surprising I learned how to be a good person because of them. I saw how they treated people and learned what not to do.
They were the type who had no problem telling me as a child that I was going to hell unless I believed what they believed. I finally walked out of the house my senior year of high school and demanded I be given a new foster home. I got into a home with great people that I wished I had all along.
I grew up in a foster home of a super religious family. I wasn't allowed to read those books. When it came time to read any of thise types in school, she'd complain until they gave me a different book to do instead of what everyone else was reading.
I only thought of it because a buddy of mine in the US uses this method to send me birthday/Christmas presents. No duty and free shipping if it's over $35. Canada Post wanted me to pre-pay the duty with my credit card using some app authorized by US customs. I wasn't giving them my info, lol.
I tried mailing them to him, but it was going to be crazy expensive because of the rule change requiring duties on all incoming packages. I'm in Canada, he's in the US. It was cheaper for me to use my Amazon US account, buy the movies & put in Marks address and have Amazon ship them to him instead.
And now that I have your address I can send you more classics and underrated gems that you need to see.

I have around 4000 physical movies and TV shows in my collection. I have to use every inch of storage space to hold it all.
Plenty of room on that shelf yet. You can put a 2nd row of movies in front of what's there now. And stack movies on top of those movies.
Once you need more than 1 shelf to hold your collection, you gotta adjust your sorting strategy a bit, lol.
My storage space doesn't work well for alphabetical. I have so many that I have to have a row in behind as well. That and I meed so many shelves that alphabetical is such a pain. All my steels, TV shows, and imported movies each have thier own shelf. The rest are sorted by who released it.

I haven't seen the Train to Busan sequel, Peninsula, so I don't know how that one is.
Train to Busan is so good. Death Becomes Her is so underrated. Meryl Streep, Bruce Willis and Goldie Hawn together in a dark comedy is 🔥.

Any Sobeys or Superstore grocery store you pass by should have it. There is also a smaller version of this cake. The major downside of the smaller version is having less cake. There are also lots of wonderful candies, chocolate bars and chips up here that aren't down there.

Chronologically, it's primarily set during the same time as John Wick 3 but before 4. There are some flashbacks to earlier. So as long as you've watched 1-3 you can watch Ballerina before 4 if you wanted. It won't spoil anything.

Watching The Desolation of Smaug. Over the next 6 nights I'm watching all 6 Lord of the Rings & Hobbit movies (extended versions). I've seen them in 4K before but this will be the first time on my OLED TV with a dedicated 4K player and Dolby Vision. As god fucking intended them to be watched.
It is. I've already played the PS4 version with Frozen Wilds and Forbidden West on the PS5.
Zero Dawn Remastered is the next game I'm playing.
I owned one. It made me nauseous and dizzy if I played for very long at a time without a break.
