We might be related you know. The damage I have in my spine usually means you can’t move and although I have some problems I can certainly move. My spinal consultant spent a long time confirming my ID at our first appointment cos he was just like ‘how though!?’

One of the things which I find so interesting in medicine is that every time we think we got the body figured out, there’s like this whole new layer underneath to discover. Being caught up in bigotry* robs people of the delight and excitement at learning something new about ourselves.

Honestly I have a damaged spine and looking at the treatment methods for some nerve damage in my neck over the coming months. It’s not fun but if I had dedicated as many resources as he has to dismantling other peoples rights, I wouldn’t expect much sympathy either.

Both me and the dog really suffer in the heat. We can go on longer adventures in beautiful autumn colours and magical winter frosts. I love Halloween and Christmas - this is so much best quarter of the year.

Whether the responsibility lies with the woman or with the funeral parlour or local council for not having adequate measures in place to prevent something like this, I don’t know. But ‘yeah that sucked for you oh well’ is surely not good enough for the families of the children there.

Can’t quite bring myself to like this but yeah… Watching medical stuff on YouTube the other day about bullet wounds and there was a clear divide between US clinicians (who knew exactly what to do and do it every shift) and rest of the world (who could muddle through but never done it in real life).
It is my opinion that the dog *may* have been sticking her snoot into flower pots with fresh soil in them. She is currently maintaining she is an innocent victim of circumstance.
It’s nice to know that across both our continents, clinicians are never under hydrated when trying to get dementia patients to drink. 😆
