It's planned obsolescence front and centre. You may get away with 1080p but the way monitors and screens are going 1080p is old tech, it's 17 years old. I think if you are paying £300+ then 1440p should be an accepted and industry min.

I played the first couple a good while ago, love the art direction they took for the game I played XIII the original an really reminds me of that game , cell shading I think it's called.
I haven't played it either, played Skyrim on my 360 but the game had a corrupted save file when I was over a year in, I just can't start another game of this 'brand' it killed my love for this world..
