Every single blue state governor should arrange that those states' federal tax payments should be withheld and or paid in to an escrow account and not paid to the US govt.

I noticed our local morning TV broadcast news presenters were not wearing r,w,b but maroon, black, grey. It surprised me, as they are a Faux affiliate, AND usually dress colorfully upbeat and coirdinated in a good way. It looked like they all might be attending a casual wake. (Bravo for them)
