You’re honest and open up about your PTSD… …which is painful and terrifying and an enormous leap of faith and trust… …and yet, even when you live your life as honourably as you can, making the best decisions possible with the information you have at that specific time…
…some people still find ways of blaming you, pouring salt and vinegar into already raw, open wounds. Stop judging based on how you would react in a situation. You’re not a mind reader. No one is. Don’t break someone else just because you are weak.
Always remember, the ends you think are for the best, do not in any way justify the means. Be kind.
