This is not to say that people can't have weight related health issues. But 1. health is individual 2. you can't treat what are essentially eating disorders through shaming. You definitely can't help people with one eating disorder by giving them another. Which is what our diet culture is, an ED.

The last time I was at a studio with a layoff, a meeting was derailed because the director asked, with increasing irritation, which engineer was supposed to design a feature that underpinned the whole game. That engineer had been laid off 2 days prior, and no one else knew how to do it.
People need to learn to distinguish between content they personally dislike and aren't okay with, and content that is actually harmful. Or for that matter, just to distinguish between fantasy and reality. The way fictitious content is treated as equivalent to its real-life equivalent is distressing.
