1/3 My extra-fruity recipe: 1/4 of a medium orange. cut the white pith off the peel (discard pith) and cut it in 1" pieces, or zest it. Muddle the peel in an old fashioned glass with 1 tsp sugar. Really stomp it till the sugar is breaking down the peel and taking on color from the oil
