I want to emphasize this: THEY DO NOT CITE ANY CASELAW FOR THESE ARGUMENTS. The only reason they wouldn't do that is because THERE IS NO CASELAW. Courts do not force legislators to vote on things. There is no basis in the Texas Constitution for the Texas Supreme Court to ORDER legislators around.

Gift link. This "deal" gets portrayed as a win for Trump, but what do most Americans get from it? Just a 15% tax on cars / electronics / etc from Japan? There's gifts in there for Boeing, rice exporters, and LNG producers, but so what? All I get is a tax. I bet that's true for >99% of Americans.
