Had a consultation with breast reduction DR, said I’m a good candidate for it (as in insurance might cover). DR submitted pictures/notes to the insurance, takes 2-3 weeks to hear back from them. Op usually books 4 months out. Recovery takes 2-3 weeks, and 6-8weeks until I can lift again.
I’m extremely hopeful with Ripley now. She’s eating, drinking, and using the box. Acting way more normal. 🥹 Im broke but grateful I get to have more time with my best bud. I have to schedule a follow up appointment but my baby is a badass.
Yesterday I dropped $6k at the emergency on my cat Ripley. She’s been hospitalized for 24-48hrs and they’re not sure what’s going on with her and my mental state is in a blender.
I kind of went bananas mode yesterday 😬
I had to cut her off completely. And they fired my boss who I had a mostly good working relationship with. Moral at work is at an all time low 🥲

Fortunately our office is big enough and our departments don’t overlap, so I might be able to avoid her. I just wish she would at least consider looking into getting some professional help. My head space hasn’t always been the greatest so I understand the struggle and therapy really has helped me.
