Can these scientists figure out a way to open the app where we left off, and not the latest post? I hate having to scroll backwards.
This doesn't make sense. If land is undervalued, speculators would be tempted to scoop up the undervalued land, develop it and then reap the profits once it achieves its true value. What am I missing?

That's nice, but I still wish your app would open up at the last read post and not the most recent post. I hate having to reverse scroll to figure out where I left off.

Dig into the legislation and you'll see it's a do good effort that makes no sense in the real world. So much wrong, but our government just wants to appear like it's doing something. The reality is that building owners can't legally comply, and our utility grid can't physically meet the need.
The thing is, there already are regulations that make that kind of incursion illegal. But laws like these only affect the law abiding citizens. Law breakers will still and always break the law.

I don't think it's necessary and will hurt the economy by squeezing out the small local businesses.
Sad. This would really hurt the small businesses. Not good for our State. So what if other states allow it. We're certainly not suffering from a lack of grocery stores. It's not going to bring grocery stores into the so-called "food deserts".
As an aside, doesn't it pi$$ you off that every time you open this app you have to scroll backwards to see where you left off. That other place was at least cool enough to open up where you left off. Or am I doing this wrong?

Hey @earlfckinweaver.bsky.social you strike me as the kind of guy who'd be annoyed as hell that every time you open up this app you have to scroll back to your last post. Unlike that other app which opens up to the last post you saw, then you can scroll forward. Or do you have some workaround?
Any of you Blueskyers want to see the feed so the app opens up to the last post you read vs most recent post? I'd prefer the former and move forward rather than the latter and have to scroll backwards. @bsky.app @support.bsky.team
