It is cool and a good way to practice languages one is learning or attempting to retain. I use Spanish and English every day but also think in French and Italian, mostly to retain and learn more vocabulary.
The recent star bird in Costa Rica has been a Yellow-billed Tern. Normally found in South America, this is the fourth record for the country. Thankfully, it's at an accessible site and has stayed around lots of local birders to see it. birdingcraft.com/wordpress/20...
