I agree with Donald Trump that we should centralize all of our key command posts. But instead of Alabama, let’s move the to a Harbor in Hawaii. Nothing bad ever happens when you centralize all of your assets in a location.

In 2020, it was annual. In 2021, it was biannual and separated from the year in flight page. In 2025, it was set to quarterly. That is one hell of a ramp up.
