Why do gamers insist on the same two or three maps in every multiplayer game that allows map voting? What's the point of any of the expansions if you can never play them?

I think the design is mostly locked in now as they push for production. Eliminating one wheel - along with the amazing aero work - drastically reduces friction and rolling resistance. Assuming it's a success, one would hope Aptera would work their magic on a more conventional four wheel model next!

I remember reading about these in Popular Mechanics and Scientific American magazines in the 2000s and the supposed benefit was less noise and much more fuel efficiency. It's a bummer it's taken this long. I would love to see them come to fruition!

The face unlock on the 4 was awesome! Great phone, except for the tiny battery. The 6 and up have much bigger batteries which I appreciate very much. With the newish 80% charge limiting, you could stretch one of these phones for 5+ years easily.

Pixel 8 and 9 can now completely bypass the battery as well when plugged in and charged to 80%, which is awesome for what are normally heavy battery users like gaming or GPS navigation.

I suspect there will be many more. I thought I waited longer than most to come here but it turns out I was part of a big wave of people. This app has all the main features for now it seems like, plus a lot more positivity than other networks. It kind of has that excitement around it.
