I've only had to call once, and it was a great experience. It's a tough job. I worked in customer service for years, in the trenches and management.
Wonderful 😋 I baked focaccia with a fruit topping. A very messy but oddly satisfying prep poking the topping into the dough.
It went the way of most chains. Most of the food was prepared remotely, frozen and trucked in.

😁Coffee got me thru my walk. Just finished another large cup with lunch. I feel a nap coming on. I picked up a couple of jars of a pricey French fruit spread that Publix had a BOGO on. One is a 4 berry mix, and the other is strawberry rhubarb. I'll see how much oomph I have left by mid-afternoon.

I watched some of the Ohio State/Texas game. Caught the end of the 2d quarter and then woke up mid-way thru the 4th. Perfect timing. Kept up with the Alabama game on the web.
