The goal of debating is to win (secondarily, to argue). Not to listen. There are times and places for debating. I get in ridiculous arguments with my husband (for instance, asserting that we could not know if our dog was a dog FOR SURE) because we both like arguing.
Indanthrone This pigment started appearing in artist palettes in the 1950s, and was created to imitate indigo. It’s often used to paint the night sky. I started this piece before the pandemic, and it’s been with me as a WIP through burnout, broken computers and depression. It compelled me though.

This is great and I hope it continues. In my experience, students are just as split on gen AI as educators are. Many love it, many despise it, and many fall somewhere in between and usually with a touch of "well, it's inevitable." Younger gens aren't across the board pro-AI.
