I'm going to make some calls once the courts open (time difference) and see what recourse is available.
Looks like my ex husband finally managed to get an FVO through against me, after 3 failed tries. I chose not to attend or defend, so that's on me I guess. He's now cut off the small amount of contact I had with my son, and ACT Legal Aid has refused funding because I'm overseas.
