From there, it's a Choice to be crazy enough to say things like tall buildings in Midtown Manhattan are a fascist Republican project meant to oppress the neediest victims of society (the owners of the nicest and most expensive real estate in the world)
They figure rezoning, rent raise caps and ending housing shortages through development is a (preferred) form of wealth redistribution. Based on who opposing these things, it's definitely accurately labeled as wealth redistribution

There is a flavor of abundance that basically says socialist wealth redistribution can deliver public needs, and then there's whatever they're talking about at the conference that seems to say the inhuman residents need to be detained and controlled
