As we look forward to handing over the dog minding responsibilities this week, I have yet to figure out when to feed them breakfast & when not to. My kelpie is getting really fat because she has no idea how much food is too much food. The big dog gets a bit meh 😑 about food sometimes.
Thing I love most about Vyvanse? Not having to eat so much. The thing I can't deal with is the huge brain fade when I get low blood sugar. I don't even know when to eat.
Thank goodness – though what does it come in now? We agonise over single use plastic that we can’t avoid- We have to do better.

In TikTok ppl are saying to stop mass immigration. Maybe they should have stopped it in 1788. Just saying.
In a family that feel they 'must be active' at all times, it's a default position for me when we're all together- on a good day I might keep up- But rtn now it's a case of 'How about I keep the couch company'.
