I’m going through some recipes I’m having trouble replicating. I have a simple chocolate stir-up cake my Grandmother use to make. It was always so moist. The original recipe calls for lard. I’ve tried making it multiple ways. I think I’m down to the lard is somehow the culprit. Any thoughts?
