That’s such a shame. I was cooking at home by the time I got into high school, mainly because mom’s meals had a lot to be desired 🤭 Took me until I was in my 50’s before I got control of my portions
Making this meal as a single person & freezing it gives me a total of 12 meals, which kinda blows my mind
