Keep telling yourself it’s the lazy people who didn’t show up for Kamala. It’s people who chose not to vote for her who didn’t show up, there’s a difference. Trump on the other hand, broke a Republican record. But yeah, it’s because they’re lazy not because she was a horrible candidate 🙄

Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent

Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
As a non-citizen facing deportation he was entitled to an administrative hearing, he had that. He doesn't get to appeal it or get another hearing to argue his case. He's already had all the due process he's entitled to.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Only because they sent him to the wrong place, the deportation order itself was valid. He's going to be deported, legally and rightly. Perhaps you should get out of the BlueCry bubble a little. Or are you still going w/ the "Maryland man" narrative?
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
It's an argument of facts, I don't care what anyone thinks about my motivations. The guy is rotten and he shouldn't be allowed to stay.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Whether they have or not is immaterial, he's a wifebeater and State Dept has said he can't stay. It's that simple.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
but but whataboooout Epstein? Really? 🙄
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
IDue process applies to everyone who's being charged with a crime. He was not charged with a crime when he was deported. Deportation hearings are administrative hearings not criminal ones, he had his hearing and the judge issued a deportation order. He doesn't get another hearing or to appeal it.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
He didn't, so there's that...
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
The gang ties have not been debunked except for here on BlueCry
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
That's not what her courtroom testimony under oath said, twice. He's either a wife beater or she committed perjury.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
And liberals will stop at nothing to defend a wife beating child abuser w/ gang ties. Why do you think his home country threw him in jail? The man is a criminal & he's not going to stay here.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Ok, then charge her for lying under oath to a judge when she got the restraining orders against him. The transcripts of those hearings are pretty damning though. His wife didn't drop the orders, she simply didn't renew them when they expired this year.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
I will acknowledge that the government mistakenly sent him to a country he wasn't supposed to go to. The deportation order was valid, where they sent him to was not. When you let 10mil illegals in, there will be some mistakes cleaning up the mess.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
You seem to imagine some kind of due process that doesn't exist. His country doesn't want him back or he can't go back there, that's not our problem. We're more than happy to send him home, but if we can't we send him somewhere else. What they do to him there is his problem.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
I think it's you who doesn't understand. There was a hearing where a judge determined to be a non-citizen and there was sufficient evidence to investigate human trafficking AND his wife took out 2 restraining orders for spousal/child abuse.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Again, they don't need a conviction to prove he's a human trafficker to deport a non-citizen, his wife's restraining orders were more than sufficient as is the suspicion of him being a human trafficker. They sent him to the wrong country. He doesn't have to go home but he can't stay here.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Liberals seem to conflate the due process protections everyone gets when facing criminal charges with the non-existent rights of non-citizens to remain in the country. There's no requirement that non-citizens be convicted of a crime to be deported.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
The difference with me is, I'm a citizen so I have the right to remain here. Non-citizens have no such right and when they are granted that right via permanent resident status, which Garcia did not have, that can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the State Dept.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
You are correct. If he's being charged with a crime he gets due process. He's not entitled to the same due process if he's simply being told to leave the country without being charged with a crime, that's an administrative hearing where a judge determines his removal.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Why the fuck would anyone want a violent non-citizen wife beater/child abuser with gang ties remaining in their country? Oh wait, you're in Germany right? You're ok with immigrants abusing your women... my mistake. He doesn't have to go home, but he can't stay here.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
The US State Dept has broad discretion on whether a non-citizen can remain in the country. Just being arrested or suspected for certain offenses is sufficient and they often just deport rather than go through the trouble of prosecuting. A conviction is not required to send someone out of the country
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
If you can't make your argument without ad hominem you have no argument. You get a trial IF you are charged with a crime but you can also just be deported without being charged with a crime. A conviction is not necessary for deportation of non-citizens in the US and most other countries.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
If I come to Germany and get arrested for DUI, sexual assault, protesting the government, Islam, or LGBTQ, defacing property, etc., I'll get thrown out of the country. Non citizens are guests and expected to behave as such, or they can be asked to leave - whether convicted or not.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Point taken. I meant the rest of the sane world here in the US
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
He has no convictions. Bill Clinton was a sexual predator as was Joe Biden and there's more evidence that they were than Trump was.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
WTF does your being from Germany have to do with anything? Your opinion on this subject is meaningless.

Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
What due process was he not afforded? Be specific. He met the threshold for being deported, he was just deported to the wrong place. He’s getting deported again for good reason.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Stop already. He wasn’t deported illegally he was m deported legally but mistakenly sent to the wrong country. He was always going to get deported once he came back, just to a different location.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Again, Trump wasn't convicted of anything. Words matter. He lost a questionable at best civil case, not a criminal one.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
He doesn't have to go home, but he can't stay here. If his wife recanted then she lied in court when she got the protective order, then prosecute her. We don't know for certain that he's not a gang member but that's irrelevant, getting a PO taken out against you is sufficient for deportation
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
That's not what the article says, reading comprehension is your friend 😉 The only mistake was where they sent him, he had a valid deportation order against him & still does.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
He had his due process. Just about country in the world will remove you from the country if you're arrested for things like DUI, Domestic abuse, suspected gang affiliation, etc. A conviction isn't necessary to deport him. Learn the definition of fascism.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
The actual reason to deport him is that he's a wife beater & suspected gang member. State Dept has broad discretion deporting non-citizens for a variety of bad behavior - conviction is not required. Why do you want to keep a wife beater in the country, do you support wife beating?
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
Please provide a link showing Trump was convicted of rape. I can save you the trouble, he was never convicted of rape. Or convicted of sexual assault of any type.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
There was domestic violence. There we have it. That right there is ground for removal regardless of whether the victim retracted her request. But you go on defending the wife beater.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
You're simply wrong. State Dept has broad discretion to remove foreign nationals for all manner of behavior, criminal convictions or PO violations are not required. The mere issuance of a PO is sufficient, as is the appearance of belonging to a gang.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
She got the RO in 2019, she retracted it in 2025. Most RO's are temporary. A judge ruled there was enough evidence of spousal abuse to order an RO, that is grounds for deportation. No conviction is required.
Buck (@buckashuck.bsky.social) reply parent
But I am a citizen so there's that. He's not.
