As a non-citizen facing deportation he was entitled to an administrative hearing, he had that. He doesn't get to appeal it or get another hearing to argue his case. He's already had all the due process he's entitled to.

IDue process applies to everyone who's being charged with a crime. He was not charged with a crime when he was deported. Deportation hearings are administrative hearings not criminal ones, he had his hearing and the judge issued a deportation order. He doesn't get another hearing or to appeal it.

I think it's you who doesn't understand. There was a hearing where a judge determined to be a non-citizen and there was sufficient evidence to investigate human trafficking AND his wife took out 2 restraining orders for spousal/child abuse.
Again, they don't need a conviction to prove he's a human trafficker to deport a non-citizen, his wife's restraining orders were more than sufficient as is the suspicion of him being a human trafficker. They sent him to the wrong country. He doesn't have to go home but he can't stay here.
Liberals seem to conflate the due process protections everyone gets when facing criminal charges with the non-existent rights of non-citizens to remain in the country. There's no requirement that non-citizens be convicted of a crime to be deported.
The difference with me is, I'm a citizen so I have the right to remain here. Non-citizens have no such right and when they are granted that right via permanent resident status, which Garcia did not have, that can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the State Dept.

The US State Dept has broad discretion on whether a non-citizen can remain in the country. Just being arrested or suspected for certain offenses is sufficient and they often just deport rather than go through the trouble of prosecuting. A conviction is not required to send someone out of the country
If you can't make your argument without ad hominem you have no argument. You get a trial IF you are charged with a crime but you can also just be deported without being charged with a crime. A conviction is not necessary for deportation of non-citizens in the US and most other countries.
If I come to Germany and get arrested for DUI, sexual assault, protesting the government, Islam, or LGBTQ, defacing property, etc., I'll get thrown out of the country. Non citizens are guests and expected to behave as such, or they can be asked to leave - whether convicted or not.

You're simply wrong. State Dept has broad discretion to remove foreign nationals for all manner of behavior, criminal convictions or PO violations are not required. The mere issuance of a PO is sufficient, as is the appearance of belonging to a gang.
She got the RO in 2019, she retracted it in 2025. Most RO's are temporary. A judge ruled there was enough evidence of spousal abuse to order an RO, that is grounds for deportation. No conviction is required.
