Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is lying on his back with his head at the bottom of the picture in the jelly belly pose - full tummy and floof on display! His tummy floof is light in colour - a mix of lighter orange, cream and a bit of white thrown in for good measure! The coat is soft and flowing and he loves having it rubbed! Gizmo has his front snow dipped paws pulled up and the back ones aren’t really visible as they disappear at the top edge of the picture! His long white whiskers are on show as well along with his pointy ears and their orange tips.

Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats are on a window sill and a shelf in a bathroom. Gizmo is on the left at the window and Buddy is on the shelf to the right. Gizmo’s tail is dangling down to a small white sink while Buddy is in a loaf position with his tail and paws tucked. He has a white toilet roll at his bottom end but it’s not for him 😹😹 the bathroom has warm coloured slate tiles. This picture is like one of Buddy and Gizmo’s most famous silly tweets (pinned to their Twitter profile) which back in 2017 really kicked off their journey to gaining over 24k followers. That was in this bathroom before it was renovated and featured Buddy in the sink as if he was under a car trying to repair it while Gizmo watched on.

This picture is at an angle as the camera pokes round a rope scratching post which forms part of Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat’s cat tree. We find Gizmo in a cream coloured pod where the top of his head is sticking out. Gizmo didn’t actually lie on his back, he got so excited playing that he flipped around and ended up on it! We are up close with a portrait shot of Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat as he stares out of unseen doors into the back garden where a variety of wildlife such as birds and squirrels can often be found! In the picture he’s looking to the left. This close there are lots of small details in his coat visible such as darker tabby stripes on his face next to his eye sweep back down towards his muzzle which itself is a mix of white and orange fur where the long white whiskers are. The cream fur lining of his big ears looks wispy as they mask the pink lining of the ear itself. His pink/orange nose has a triangular patch of white just about the tip of the nose too. Finally his piercing green eyes are laser focused on whatever has caught his attention! It’s probably a leaf. Leaves make him mad 😹😹

Today he’s chosen the back pod which isn’t the highest but is partially hidden so it’s a good place to have a nap. His green eyes are laser focused which makes for a great picture but is risky for my fingers! Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is lying asleep on a blanket covering an unseen lap. He has his front legs stretched out and his head is resting between them. His snow dipped white paws can be seen in close detail - the tufts of white fur which help them walk on snow in their native environment back in Maine are long enough to mask any sign of toe beans! Gizmo has his eyes closed tight as he snoozes away happily on the lap. The blanket is a creamy white one with coloured sea creatures which can’t really be seen due to the massive cat obstructing 98% of them! There’s some blue and pink/red shapes but you can’t make out much of what they are!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is sitting looking very happy in a new box he’s been given to replace the old one he trashed last week! His green eyes are narrowed in a “this is mine” look that also says “don’t touch the box” too 😹😹 the box itself is seen from a side angle - it has a black panel with the red and white Lego logo along with text and graphics telling us that the contents of the box before it was filled with a large cat was a Lego model to build of the Transformers character Optimus Prime ( not pictured). He was a robot from a cartoon Dadmin watched as a kid. And still watches to reminisce! There is also a coiled purple squiggly toy dangling out of the box at the back right of it. Gizmo himself looks smooth and shiny with his white chest coat looking bright and his always pointy ears alert with their orange tips!

What a scene we have today. It’s treat chaos on the dark wood kitchen floor as Dadmin has had an absolute nightmare and dropped a full packet of Whiskas Crunch. Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is absolutely delighted by this turn of events and is tucking into a hearty pile of the spilled goodies which cover a fair part of the floor next to a grey washing machine. He’s hoovering up as many as he can before Dadmin gets the brush and shovel out! At the top of the picture are various cat bowls filled with food and stashed toys.

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat looks like he’s crashed through the ceiling and landed in a brown cardboard box! The box is properly defeated and where once sharp lines and edges lived there are tears, rips and flatness. The perils of being chosen as a plaything by a giant cat! Our resident box destroyer is lying happily curled on his back with all four snow dipped paws in the air - front up and tucked with bs k pointing into the air! His epic and luxurious tummy floof is a warm mixture of orange at the head end and white as we travel down to the tail. Gizmo’s head itself can just about be seen at the top left but is mainly masked by…you guessed it - floof!

#ThrowbackThursday to the boys first week at home and they were already happily chilling like they had lived here forever. They’re only 14 weeks old despite looking like regular sized cats 😹😹🦁🦁 #teamfloof #CatsOfBluesky

Buddy and Gizmo were just orange Maine Coon kittens in this picture from all the way back in February 2016! Despite their young age (14 weeks) they are already giants of the cat world and as big as a lot of adult cats ever grow - but their growth journey was only just beginning! They are laying around in a cream cat tree (3 trees ago 😹😹) with Gizmo sitting looking back at the camera from a basket on the left and Buddy poking his head and paws out of a little house on a platform on a lower level of the tree. The tree is in front of a set of double patio doors and outside it’s dark, with an orange lamppost visible in the background. Both kittens have not reached their full floofy forms but are still floofier than most cats!

This is a picture from 2019 of Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats asleep in a large red and black bed which was meant for medium to large dogs 😹😹 Both boys are asleep with their heads rested on their front legs. Gizmo is on the left with Buddy curled into his back behind him. They fit together like two floofy jigsaw pieces! At the front of the bed is a toy beaver which is stood up at the bed as if it’s trying to get in…it’s a similar colour to the boys with a flat brown tail on the dark wood floor. There are two other brown animal toys at Gizmo’s side which if I recall correctly were a hedgehog and possibly another hedgehog but one is a bit of brown blob so it’s hard to tell!

It’s been 6 months since we lost Buddy. Not a day goes by without thinking of him and missing his wee face appearing from around a corner. Happy memories keep him close to our hearts and hopefully yours too. Miss you always sunshine 🌈🌈🧡🧡🦁🦁 #teamfloof

His warm orange fur looks soft and shiny as it always did…Buddy was impeccably turned out at all times and without being biased was one of the most handsome cats I’ve ever seen. He really did have the look and stature of a lion. Buddy is looking off camera to the left of the picture and his left snow dipped paw is partially held up in front of his face.

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is pictured here in crystal clear detail as he lies in one of the cream pods on his cat tree. We don’t see the tree but the pod is 6ft in the air, giving Gizmo a perfect view of his domain. In this case he’s looking to the right of the picture where the back windows and doors looking on to the garden are. It’s a sunny day so there’s plenty of animal activity to hold his green eyed laser focused gaze! Gizmo’s head is the main focus of the picture so we can see the orange tabby markings on his head are super clear as are his long white whiskers. The cream fur lining his big ears can be seen in sharp detail to the point individual hairs can be seen. The sharp focus of the picture gives a really good look at what he’s like in real life - you almost feel you can reach out and pet him!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is on his back legs but not at full height as he grabs hold of a clear plastic coat hanger which is being used as part of his playtime routine! His long fluffy tail extends out back on to the dark wood floor as he rises up to wrap his large snow dipped paws around it! In the background of the picture is a grey/silver/white rug with some cat toys on it and a feather wall with display shelving. Just in front of that at the back left of the picture is Gizmo’s current favourite box.

Up close with Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat who is looking right down the camera. He’s very hypnotic in this form - his green eyes seem to be staring in to our souls to say “you will provide me with treats!” and with this look he’d get them 😹😹🦁🦁 Gizmo’s expertly managed fur (he’s mainly orange with a patch of snowy white fur on his chest) looks soft and silky this close up.
