Things have stabilized since then, but I had to make a hard choice to stop going to cons. That doesn’t mean I’ll have less presence here on Bsky, I’ll still be here being the toony dork you’ve come to love, and I’ll still be popping in VRChat occasionally.
You may not agree with my choices or ones I love outside the fandom, and that’s ok. But for the ones I have met at cons and have come close to over the years, I really do appreciate the time we had together and look forward to hooking up going to other places.

Some of these non-family members that I’m very close to I had to clear up some things but still don’t help they don’t look too fond of me with a fursuit. I know some will say “well that’s their problem” ...
Other non-family members saw my profiles online based on one of my stickers I had on my car and Google reversed-searched me and made some poor judgments and questioned my dignity that I still very much struggle with to this day.
... There are some personal choices I needed to make to regain control with recent events that happened in my personal life that have affected me emotionally. The first of which was unfortunately deciding not to attend to any cons in the future. This is a personal decision that I had to come to.
... and at the same time manage my emotional insecurities as best as I can.
I'm going to go on record and say this, and this will be a long one and it may puzzle some who read this. But please I ask for your understanding on this and not assume or have the wrong viewpoint, I’m choosing to respect the feelings of others near and dear to my heart outside the fandom...

I don’t consider myself an IT professional but I do like to tinker with gadgets. One such gadget is my personal NAS, lesson learned… don’t buy refurbished or re-certified HDD’s, bought this drive 6 months ago and it’s already failing with 72 bad sectors, not good… 😬 fortunately no data was lost
