Activist has a neutral/positive connotation. I don't know who Heather Honey is. When I read the initial blurp and saw "activist" as the leading modifier, I thought, "oh, good?". Please stop using positive/neutral descriptors. It should be, "Pennsylvania voter obstructivist" or something similar.
