For the record, I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs of mostly muscle. Lol. I walk 7 miles a day at work while lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. I eat pretty healthy, but 20lbs in 2 months is not healthy. The BMI scale would tell me to lose 20 more. 🤯
Friendly reminder that BMI is bullshit: The stress of my job over the last couple of months has caused me to rapidly lose 20lbs. The BMI scale says I'm overweight. 😂 I'm mostly muscle, and most of my weight loss has been from anxiety vomiting and lack of appetite. HeLtH 🙃

I decided to take it easier on the projects today after all the stone lifting yesterday. Still patched up some of the mulch, filled the bottom of the pit with lava rocks, and finally put UV film on my door's window so I won't be blinded at 5pm sharp every day. You can tell how much light it blocks!
