Today is the 2-yr anniversary of my sole Covid infection that led to a bunch of scary symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful (and lucky) not to have been reinfected. But with 2 kids, it's taken re-engineering my whole living space - and yes, often masking in my own home.

This is why I call COVID an airborne heart attack virus. After my 2nd COVID infection, I started having heart pain while pushing my toddler in their stroller. Before I turned 40. I’m an ER doctor. I know what “heart pain” sounds like. It was terrifying to experience it so young.

Respirators required, large air filter, open doors to outside for ventilation. All staff did RATs prior. Felt as safe as it could be!
