The X15's were better. "Chonky" doesn't say "stealthy" to me.
VAST improvement over the modern ones, methinks.
And finally, a Celestial squad of the Order of the Ashen Shrine, committed to Inquisitor Giovanni Carlo. Plus a few other random lackeys. These all just needed rebasing and relocating.
Also, a Celestial squad and a Seraphim squad, both of the Order of the Sacred Heart, both in the service of Her Grace Inquisitor-Lady Saris Bastet. These were all hand-based with #armypainter 's Brush-on Primer - YE GODS, I love that stuff...
Thirdly, a Kahl of the Zuul-Vinzklortho Conglomerate. Much better rattlecan work, pretty pleased. He may or may not be traveling with the Inquisition on board the Obsidian, not sure yet. If he is, I'll need to rebase him, no big deal...
Next, a CRAP undercoat on another Admech guy, not sure if I can really salvage him. So, NOT so happy...
#nerdlings #hobbystreak day 2144. *phew!* Lots accomplished this evening. So heerz sum fingz wot I dun termite! Firstly, I'm SO glad I was able to repair my Admech Inquisitor; both sides of his choppy fing have been broke off for quite a while. Now both halves are pinned and reinforced...happy!!!

*recurring dream* I'm stuck in a 3+ storey Airport/shopping mall/small city. I'm there waiting on a ride to wherever. It never comes, or I never find my way to them. There's bars, restaurants, and shops in between. And the architecture is funny/warped/confusing. Might be either Hell or Heaven.
As for myself, I don't feel weird painting myself in effigy. At least some physical bit of me might exist after I don't.

As Her Grace Inquisitor Saris Bastet is becoming a test platform of sorts, I think I'm going to paint her tabard in a checkerboard pattern. Mostly, she'll be black and white, except for her neon green hair and her copper bits.

I ALWAYS miss a bit when I start the blue glowy parts of my Necrons. Two, in this case, on his left arm.
