I don't get how people don't realize that a technology that replaces junior and entry level positions in a field destroys that field. There's no skipping steps. You have to be a junior before you can be a senior, and if you don't have senior people, you don't have a field.

Pretty good DLC. If you're the target for it (i.e. someone who has a Switch 2, really liked Kirby and the Forgotten Land and who would spend 20 bucks on extra content) then you'll enjoy it. Who would've guessed! Very cool final boss and superboss as well

It's a bit samey all throughout and mostly feels like fetch quest the video game from today's point of view. I did finish it, but I struggled to stay motivated to go through. I'm sure it was a big evolution for JRPGs at its time, but it's just too bloated for how simple it is nowadays.

The fighting here is more combo-based and I typically prefer games with simpler combat options where you compensate with good dodging or parries (Hollow Knight, Blasphemous). But this just feels immediately very fun. I'd probably like Ninja Gaiden Ragebound more, but only 30fps on Switch for now :/
Tried the Shinobi demo on Switch 2. Damn that game has juice. Runs at fluid 60fps on Switch 2 although apparently the character models have lower resolution compared to other platforms (not super noticeable for me tho)
