That's interesting. I first noticed SHEN DA HO when the (limping?) convoy with SPARTA and GENERAL SKOBELEV arrived AUG15. Possibly SHEN DA HO is waiting to commence works at Nord Stream?
From my observation there is a noticable accumulation of incidents with periods of several hours of loitering or anchoring at unusual spots among Russian gunrunners. I'm not sure if this is due to technical reasons or waiting for something like escort (dark on AIS). I tend to technical issues...
