That’s my dentist and he is awesome and so is the staff! I feel so safe there. He has referred my kids to a Covid safe(ish) orthodontist too. I wish my regular doctors were like him!

Do you have a Great Harvest bread store near you? We have one down here in NC and they always have samples of sandwich bread, scones, muffins, cookies, etc. Delicious!

Just finished @hco96.bsky.social book and wow. Best book I’ve read all year and I read a lot of books! I was not aware of this story and I’m glad I know of it now. Frightening to see similarities with what’s happening in our country now. The courage and determination of the abuelas was inspiring!
A perfect album in my opinion and have also passed it on to my teenage boys now and they love it too (and they listen to mostly rap and hip hop).

Could not agree more! I am able bodied as well and cook about as much and it is exhausting! Just the standing by itself. I think of my sister who has POTS and can't stand too much bc she gets lightheaded. I don't fault her one bit for getting delivery! Is her family fed? Yes, they are. Move on.

My mom hates loud noises and so does her (very old) dog, so for the past couple years during July 4th, she just takes the dog and checks into a hotel for the night. Little human and canine self-care. I love it. Maybe you could take a mini vacay with Tempo? 😀
