In a 7-2 opinion, the U.S. Supreme Court today upheld an ATF regulation requiring serial numbers and background checks for "ghost gun" kits that would otherwise be untraceable. AG Weiser previously joined 23 other AGs in support of the rule. Ghost guns are banned in Colorado.
