One of two franchises showing you never go into space with the Cartwright sisters. Angela ended up lost in space with a creepy doctor who was a little to friendly with her little brother. Veronica ended up being Alien bait.
About a "Robot Wars" Foundation spin-off David S. Goyer: "So I thought maybe another interesting way to do it would be to do it as like a six-episode miniseries that happens in between two of the larger seasons of "Foundation." So just drop it right in between. But who knows if that will..."

I like how they've started bridging to the ancient history of the Butlerian Jihad. I have mixed opinions on the direction Brian Herbert went with it in his books, but still good to see more of the world building.

I think you're reasoning is sound. I don't have confidence that the people running SNW were thinking that many moves ahead, though, and they seem more interested in coming up with something new rather than tying it to existing canon.

It should have the docking ports on the underside of the saucer that are covered by doors. That’s the airlock that Kirk and Soock used in TMP, and they had those round docking ports

I thing TNG especially had an assumption, again by Rodenberry, that most of the crew were some sort of degreed professionals, so there were no traditional enlisted until Worf's father mentioned that he was a CPO like O'Brien

La'an and Spock both have 1 and 1/2 stripes, and they're LTs. Une has 2 full stripes, and she's a LtCdr. Pelia has 1 and 1/2 stripes and she's a Commander. This rank system makes no sense! Tell me they're just making fun of when Spock had 2 full stripes on TOS and was a LtCdr!

They're two iterations of the Transformer named Cosmos. The one on the left is the original G1 from 1984 and the one on the right is from the 2000s. The shuttle is a little "pet" that came with him that transforms into a gun
