Just a thought, but if the 49ers and Paraag had invested all their time, money and energy into Leeds, instead of carrying the baggage of Rangers, maybe this transfer window may have been more fruitful for us. Surely Paraag's position has become untenable after his previous statement? #lufc

I think we all know deep down that Hamer is probably the answer.
I think we need to see more of him in that position to judge whether he can or can't? He always seemed to play so deep last season but has a great range of passing... time will tell and you may be right, but I think there's more to come from him as an 8/10.
Incredible, and the more that Tanaka, Ampadu and Stach play together, I think we've got a great engine room there - they already seem to have a good understanding, that can only get better as we go on. Arsenal now a much bigger free hit than it was!
Biggest take away for me was that we looked hard to beat, and when Everton stepped it up second half, we kept our shape really well and never looked massively threatened. We'll play better sides obviously, but great signs for a team gelling new players. Nmecha could be the bargain of the century!!
