Is there any way to find out if this child attends school or any other contact tracing info?

I'm in the SE 👽 & the dust has been terrible. Every surface in the house, car, work, and my eyeballs are just gritty. I call it a dehydrated hurricane. I'm always thankful for moisture (except maybe this last October) and I'll be happy to blow off my porch as soon as it rains.
While I know we need the moisture, it's gunna turn every surface into slippery mud. We already can't drive in the rain, let's add fine powdery dust to the mix.
My initial thought was that I don't feel like I'm the target audience for this but I also immediately saw the imagery and knew it was all very calculated for impact. I knew some background info but not how precise he could be with his choice of words and visuals. Hats off, sir.
