The Supreme Court keeps yelling at the district courts for not understanding that the new rule is to decide in favor of the Trump administration and their allies in every case regardless of the facts or the substance of the law.
It’s absolutely wild that the U.S. government straight up murdered a boat of people who presented no threat and were charged with no crime in international waters yesterday and the national media doesn’t seem to be up in arms about that.
