My freezer is quite full so I'm going to cook something I really like each day, and for once I'm not going to worry about waste or sensible diets, I'm just going to focus on getting me well again.

I've decided that September is my self care month. I'm going to focus on each day, give myself a treat each day and spend quiet time enjoying beauty and peace. I will make no decisions nor long term plans, I will simply enjoy being me and looking after me. The world and difficult people can wait.

I do that too 😁 Especially when I'm cooking bread or a particularly lovely Mediterranean dish. It's my panacea against the continual fried food smells from next door.

Sadly every minute it gets worse. I am currently incredulous. My private medical Information has been leaked, and used against me and my security by a local company. I can't say more but I'm beyond horrified.

I know, but it's so demoralising to see it dismissed as mild by my GP when it's still quite significant and debilitating at times.
Thank you x Looking at the other scores on the discharge letter for depression and anxiety, which both had a scale next to rhem, the ptsd score is moderate or moderately severe.
At the beginning of therapy my score for ptsd was apparently 75/80, when therapy ended it was 40/80. My GP notes now have an entry saying "mild ptsd". Nothing about this feels mild, and even the discharge letter doesn't call it mild, 40/80 seems pretty significant to me.
Mine's taken a few years to get established, hopefully it doesn't go as mad as yours.

Went down the garden, here's a bee's bum in a courgette flower, a self seeded sweet pea and tons of tomatoes 🌱
They were superb but I was stuffed after eating them and fell asleep 😁
We can all feel autumn in the air. I had mine then fell asleep for 4hrs! I'm tired at the moment so am going up now to sleep again, hope you sleep well xx

Potato isn't classified as a vegetable when it comes to a healthy diet, it's a carb, I'm so sorry! Last year I watched the meals for a cancer patient in hospital and it absolutely horrified me.
My dad told me to never lose the child inside of me and to always feel that excitement of life. Sadly I've lost that recently, but he was correct x

I'm stunned that you were told that. That's heartbreaking. Believe me it's got nothing to do with the tools you are using, you have skills, you could use a twig from the garden dipped in paint and it'd be fabulous 🌟

Yes, i reckon it's definitely the lack of rain as my runner beans and green beans have been dismal. I will definitely try again next year. My peas, however, were wonderful, but I do start them in the greenhouse early and plant out early, April it was i think.

My borlotti beans are nearly ready to pick, there's not many but it's my first year growing them 🌱
