This morning: MPD and ATF conducted a massive paramilitary operation, with officers in masks and camo, in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of DC within 500 yards of an elementary school while neighborhood children were heading to school. On their third day of classes.

Some extra context : I don't know the stats but a lot of MPD in my experience don't live in DC. They have little stake in or loyalty to our communities. Our police chief is an ordained Baptist minister but only allegedly a Christian. She started MPD as Chief Equity Officer.
