Ghislaine Maxwell's deposition was not under oath. She was not video taped, which is very unusual for a deposition. And there are many cuts where they stopped the audio tapes so lawyers could confer with her off-the-record. None of that stuff is the way you do a deposition.

I was at a prof. sporting event at the Navy Yard in D.C. today. Passed multiple Nat. Grd. members fully kitted out with long arms. It wasn't "normal" as we've been doing this for years. It felt dystopian. It's NOT supposed to be like this in the U.S. I was federal law enforcement. This isn't OK.

The problem is, so many people just believe these lies. In the “olden days” it was normal to believe things the president said or statements from the government. No longer the case. This administration lies so much, if a truth ever does come out accidentally, we likely won’t recognize it.
The WH should get Gavin Newsome's mock-post writer to do their posts now, since whoever did this one has no idea of how he writes. No spelling errors, appropriate capitalization, almost perfect punctuation. And it doesn't end with "Thank you for your attention to this matter." A bad fake at that.
