I left X because I refuse to support its owner but escaping the relentless toxicity was a close second. I will never understand the normalisation of completely unnecessary nastiness in recent times, particularly against accounts like @fulhamfannews.bsky.social who offers FFC fans such great content.
Genuine question as someone who is very much on your side of this issue. Do we actually know if fewer come? Is there research that looks at this properly? It could be that numbers would have increased by more if these policies were not in place. (Not that that comes even close to justifying them)

Every market has different companies lobbying differently but it's virtually always for their own competitive advantage. Even if it's not for that reason, having one company lobby for change after years of this system doesn't exactly negate the whole point.
Agreed, although it's not the only factor. And even so, it's a system the private companies fought tooth and nail for in the first place, and continue to lobby to maintain now.

For sure. I aslo think Leno is incredible one on one and from close range, but less so from distance. Maybe his realitve expected xG inside and outside the box might reveal something.
I'd love it if, at some point, you do your thing on why we seem to concede so many from outside the box. It's definitely an issue.
