Funny how that happens. I need to be strong to do my job, & after stacking on weight when I used to drink these days when I exercise I bulk up fast. I’m still quite non masc in the right company but after decades of working around tradies, truckies etc I can lay it on thick if I need to.
I was quite androgynous for a lot of my youth, less so now that I’m weathered, bearded & built like a brick shithouse, but them’s the breaks
I love that, I like being social when it suits me but I hate having it forced on me
I counted up about 45 or so that were applicable, but if I were pressed I’d say bloody flux or seduction & disappointment
Having lived in the South east (where it’s colder, unlike the US) for most of the last 30 something years I’ve developed an appreciation for being out in the elements year round, & this is in no small part due to it meaning I often have places to myself.
No wuckers, traveling’s always more fun when you can draw on local knowledge. And I certainly don’t think liking the beach & the cold are mutually exclusive
to the heat, but I am looking forward to not having to wear quite so many layers (& to the sun coming up before I start work rather than the other way round) 2/2

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of hanging out on the beach when it’s freezing & windswept, but I spent half of my childhood in places where you’d spend all day in the water during summer because the temperatures were in the high 30s(C)
