Bluesky discourse is often inflected with a kind of well-meaning progressive hypersensitivity that can sometimes border on sex-negative, but then you'll hit refresh on the discover tab and get hit with the RUDEST hentai you've ever seen in your life
Morrison's one of the all-time bests to ever carry the baton in this serialized, super-storytelling relay, but their technique is so instinctive and original, it can occasionally confuse the next runner on the team into taking the handoff, then just bolting backwards around the goddamn track.

He's not a complicated man, but he is a consistent one
"Not even in the face of Armageddon. Never compromise" is great writing, and the voice floating at the end is perfect visually. "Joking, of course" kills me the most. It's so good, a perfect sketch of the outline of the Rorshach character. He'd solve the trolley problem by strangling the operator. 🧵

It's GREAT looking comics, and Kurtzman's stories are wild. They reel wildly from fairly grounded space thrillers to feeling like The Hobbit with semiautomatics

A real nice nuts-and-bolts look at the different cinematic Lois Lanes, a character who really does decide the quality of a Superman story. Points for avoiding the "but what does this mean for the culture" scope-broadening these things can sometimes drown in.
I thought this one was really well done. Not smooth so much as rich, a sharpening of depth and texture — none of that quasi-ai warping and cloning
Bronze Age Frank Miller watching this and having his brain rewritten like Bran turning into the Three Eyed Raven
Caught the restored YOJIMBO at my local arthouse, and man — when a badly-beaten Sanjuro's trying to escape from Ushitora's goons and Toshiro Mifune's playing him like his bones weigh FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS, you could hear a PIN drop in that theater.
