Like, I remember having to swap out disks just to play C&C 95, and now you need to get portable hard drives if you have more than a phones worth of videos to archive. Fundamentally, I get it, but its just kinda funny to me.
Something that just now occurred to me while working on a new project for myself. While tech has come so far, and media storage has grown exponentially while getting smaller, it seems we've never gotten away from the need of having multiple drives for different things. Cuz file sizes grew too.
