I really hope whatever Trump is suffering from he is in a lot of discomfort, he is blaming Vance for trying to kill him, and he has RFKjr fixing up the cure.
We have not received legit medical report on obese old man who doesn’t exercise & eats only hamburgers since he announced initial run for president. This matters because the people leading these initiatives can/should be held accountable when rule-of-law is restored.
Trump Tax (tariff wars), Trump concentration camps (rounding up immigrants), Trump occupation of Democratic cities, Trump shakedown of universities, and Trump's corruption ($10+ billion) are all really, really illegal.
Can we form a Democratic-state CDC to test vaccines? Can we collectively bargain with drug companies for reasonably priced drugs? Can we come together to make Medicare-for-All within Democratic states?
States that don't want mass death need to start planning for how we can collectively fight back against Director Death on key issues like access to vaccines, medicine, and healthcare.

Devestating for 2 reasons, as @crampell.bsky.social notes: no one wants uncertainty of needing to renew mid PhD (or bachelors). Also, students come to US for ease of a visa to work a few years after school, as entry into US labor market.
Republicans spend $100s of millions/year on influencers that seed & nurture 24/7/365/4 anti-democratic narratives around digital & offline world.
