I work in semi conductor manufacturing & just lost my job 2 wks ago. Its rough. To keep my family in our apartment Im trying desperately to find 3 jobs. Ya, 3. But many companies are in a hiring freeze. Meanwhile I have 3 family members dying of cancer. Our economy & health care are so much worse.
Ukraine has a place, but you need the West to step in. I think that there's no place for a lot of people anymore. putin, xi, modi and kim are getting their new world order & trump is lapping at their feet begging to be a part of it. I think that Ukraine tried to save world & we abandoned you.

Being a Ukrainian nowadays is when Russia bombs you, and instead of even a polite "are you ok?", there are strict deadlines and not so much interest in yet another bunch of Ukrainians killed in your city this night.
